All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@lisahkhayil.co.nz. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
