Returns Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be completely happy with your Lisah-Khayil purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lisahkhayil.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage or fault

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that Afterpay refunds are processed through Afterpay and may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift vouchers
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
